The Almasi Group was set up as an alternative to the many franchise models that are available today. The global firm is in fact a collection of member firms, which are run autonomously in their respective locations. The senior Directors or Partners of the various member firms sit on the global board of the Group.

The Almasi Group does not perform client work, but instead sets global standards, process and oversees global policy. In addition the Group ensures consistency of service across the various Member Firms. Client work is performed by the member firms.
